Operational Protocols
For retail purchases, unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt. All items undergo a dispatch check upon return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding initial shipping costs. Items must be in their original packaging.
Wholesale partners must initiate an RMA for damaged or incorrect shipments within 72 hours of delivery. Restocking fees may apply for returns without prior authorization. Our dedicated team manages transit damage claims and replacement processing to maintain supply chain integrity.
